Mike Cardwell

As a co-founder of RCG my involvement has been one of the most stimulating and rewarding chapters in my 50 years of work. Drawing on a background in both business and community work I bring a dual perspective to everything I do, keeping one eye on commercial sustainability and the other firmly on the needs of the people and community we serve.

My work covers many areas including running the Community Shop, maintaining the Sensory Garden, helping facilitate community events and infrastructure projects, rolling up my sleeves whenever there's work to be done .

I am a member of the Management Team and a Board Director no two days are the same - and that's exactly how I like it!
