At RCG, we couldn't do what we do without our volunteers, so we work hard to make the process of joining us as smooth as possible!
Once you send in your form, someone from the team will contact you to arrange an initial meeting to discuss what you'd like to do. Depending on volunteering availability, we'll then invite you to attend three supervised taster sessions. After these, we'll ask you to complete a volunteer application, including two references, and carry out a DBS check.
Once everything comes back, you're ready to join the team!
