Living with pain? You’re not alone 💚
The Pain Café is a free weekly drop-in group for people living with persistent pain. Participants can talk openly about how pain affects their lives, follow the Living Well with Pain steps and get peer support in a friendly environment. These are relaxed drop-in sessions open to patients registered with Connexus practices. These include:
Wells Road Surgery
Priory Surgery
Nightingale Valley Practice
Birchwood Medical Practice
Stockwood Medical Centre
Every Wednesday, 2-3:30pm at Redcatch Community Garden's Canopy Space
