About the event

Pay As You Feel Forest Therapy Sessions at Redcatch Community Garden πŸ’šπŸŒ³

Come and give yourself the gift of slowing down. These PAYF sessions are held in the beautiful surroundings of Redcatch Community Garden and the wider park and provide a welcoming space to breathe, notice and reconnect with both yourself and the natural world.

Guided by a certified Forest Therapy Practitioner, you'll be gently led through simple invitations and exercises at an easy, unhurried pace.

Whether you're feeling overstretched, disconnected from nature or simply curious, you're warmly welcome here.

We'll be outside for the whole session, so please dress comfortably for the weather (covering up if needed in the sun) and bring a water bottle/hat. We'll provide tea and light snacks at the end of the session.

Please note: this is a small-group nature connection experience rather than a personal therapy session.

When: Friday 24th July, 10am-12pm

Where to find us:

Redcatch Park and Community Garden, Bristol, BS4 2RD

We'll meet at 9:50am by the Raywood Ash Tree by the Broadwalk side Car Park (just inside the park). Find us on What3Words: gears.nest.safely

Accessibility:

Redcatch Park has accessible pathways throughout, though please be aware that some of the surrounding grassy areas have uneven terrain. If you have any mobility needs or questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch: we'd love to help find a way for you to join us.

NB: This experience is for adults (18+) only and is not suitable for those currently in crisis.
