About the event
Explore a variety of art-making techniques in the relaxing environment of the Redcatch Community Garden. This group provides a sociable, supportive and creative experience for local people.
Materials are provided. You can explore the art materials and work on your own projects, or Jenny and Kaya who run the group can suggest approaches. We are art therapists and although this is not an art therapy group we make sure it is a safe, accessible space for everyone.
We work under the heated Canopy (safari tent) and go ahead in all weathers. Suitable for beginners and those with art experience.
This session is free to attend so that as much of the community can benefit as possible. Revenue generated from the cafe and shop helps to support this group. If you can afford it, we would be grateful if you could make a donation at Roots Cafe. Suggested donation is £5 a session.
