Recently, Knowle West Health Park visited the Garden to attend our Art in the Garden group and make the first video in their 5 Ways to Wellbeing series, titled 'Connect'. This is the final project for CASS Bristol and features some fantastic ideas to improve your mental health and wellbeing.

South Bristol Networker Emma has been working with community groups to highlight how small changes can make a big difference to your mental health. Taking care of your mind might seem like a big challenge, but it doesn't have to be!

The 5 Ways to Wellbeing are an easy way to start doing this, and evidence shows that using these steps in your day to day life can help you feel more positive and able to cope with whatever life throws at you.

Thank you Emma for your fantastic tips and dedication to improving the lives of so many. We are so pleased to share the finished product!

You can get hold of the Wellbeing Passport mentioned in the videos here, and a version for kids here.
