Cath Atkinson

I am responsible for managing the larger funded projects (and some of the smaller ones), ensuring all deliverables are fulfilled within budget. I plan and manage pop-ups, holiday activities, and any other one-off events, organising the staffing and materials for these. I assist Kate in managing the infrastructure of the site and managing site projects. I organise corporate volunteer days, arranging activities for the volunteers and filling in H&S forms as required. I also plan the rota for Roots and fill in where required. During the winter, I manage the cooking, food ordering, and distribution of our frozen meals. I also co-ordinate the gathering of data to measure our impact on the community, and I produce reports on the back of this.

 

As I am on site full time, I often help with anything else that needs doing!​
