YHH Spring Holiday Club

Cooking and Crafting at Redcatch Community Garden! A fun outdoor cookery session, cooking your own lunch, followed by Garden craft.

These free sessions are running on Mondays (excl bank holiday) and Tuesdays 10 am  - 2 pm throughout the Easter holidays, for children age 8 -11 years old, with a focus on those children who receive free school meals.

Our guest cookery teachers from Square Food Foundation will run a cookery session for you. This will be followed by a meal where you can enjoy what you have cooked together. After lunch, you will do Garden and Growing related crafts with our wonderful Garden and Education team.

This programme is funded by Your Holiday Hub, supported by Bristol City Council. Tickets at:

Join Chef Holly for a fun afternoon of cookery in the Garden; we'll be making our own Garden Pizza & Oaty Fruity Power Balls using some Garden produce. Come dressed for being outdoors as we will be harvesting some veg as well as using child-safe knives and using our senses to explore food through smell, touch and of course taste! We will be picking, mixing, kneading, chopping, rolling, and mashing. Suitable for children aged 6 -12. Children over 8yrs can be dropped off, by a parent filling in a form on arrival so please allow extra time for this.

This is a vegetarian meal containing dairy and gluten, please email if you have dietary requirements
